Today's episode of UPBEAT is a very unique one, as we've never talked "politics" before! And I hope that doesn't scare you away haha! :) The political world is so loud these days, and it seems to be something that we're all staring at face to face. I realize that many of you (including myself) come to this podcast to escape what you might be seeing all the time in your feeds ...
My goal on UPBEAT is to provide that inspiration, motivation, strategies, advice, optimism, and uplifting content to help us all navigate these situations we're faced with. Being that politics is so loud right now, I wanted to at least address it and hopefully provide a more UPBEAT perspective :)
In this episode, Brian helps us learn more about how to manage the political stress that we've all been facing, how we can dissect what's true and what's not true, how to engage in political conversations, where to go for answers, the difference between Liberty and Freedom and so much more! Enjoy the episode!
